It's a football game where you play the role of the agent or the team owner.  Reminds me of Front Page Football from many years ago on the PC.  The games are totally simulated and it's up to you to guide your player(s) to the best contracts and help them train to become better performers.

Seems interesting and I log in from time to time.  It's in desperate need of SMS alerts for activity because I forget about it for a week and then come in later to see what's happened.  It's worth a peek if you're a football fan.
